Who will listen to my audition at Centre?
Undergraduate and percussion auditions are heard by Dr. Arvay (Instructor of Percussion) and various music faculty from the Centre Music Program.

How many students are accepted each year for the Centre Percussion Studio?
While studio numbers fluctuate, the Centre Percussion Studio typically consists of 11 undergraduates. However, there is no set maximum. Admittance is dependant upon the number of students currently enrolled in the program and may change slightly each year.

Are percussion lessons and percussion ensemble available to non-majors at Centre?

Applied lessons for non-majors is dependent upon the current size of the Centre Studio. If you are interested, please contact Dr. Arvay (brandon.arvay@centre.edu) via email.

All Centre Percussion-related ensembles are open to any Centre students regardless of major. In fact, most members are non-majors! Contact Dr. Arvay for more information (brandon.arvay@centre.edu).
