SUMMER TASKS DETAILS

To ensure a healthy campus, all first-year and transfer students are required to submit updated health records.

Learn About What To Submit

Your roommate questionnaire and meal plan selection will be completed in our housing portal, eRezlife. To log in, you will need your Centre.edu email and password. The first time you log in, you will need to complete your profile by answering a few questions. Then you will apply for either the incoming first years cohort or the incoming transfer students cohort.

If you have already identified who you want as your roommate, you can create a roommate group that includes that person. We require roommate matching to be a mutual selection, so that roommate will need to accept the roommate group after you have created it. Please know that you will not be able to add your roommate to the roommate group until they have completed their application.

In the application, you will be asked questions to help us match you with your ideal roommate. It is extremely important that you complete your housing application yourself and that you are as honest as possible in order to be matched with the best roommate for you.

Meal plan choice is also listed in our housing portal, so please complete your application as soon as possible. You only need to complete the application once!

Housing Application

All students will need to submit an ID photo through the GET Mobile app. It is important that you follow the linked instructions and photo criteria below.

Student IDs will be handed out when you arrive to campus. You will use your student ID to access your residence hall, at dining locations, and to enter most campus events.

An important part of preparing you to come to Centre is to help you choose courses for your Fall Term. While at Centre you will choose courses that provide both the breadth of experience (provided by the general education curriculum) and depth of study (gained through completion of a major) that is a hallmark of a Liberal Arts education.

Two components of Centre’s General Education curriculum requires:

  1. A college-level math course to develop quantitative literacy and problem-solving skills.
  2. At least one college-level course in a second language to build language and cross-cultural communication skills.

Proper placement in math and a second language helps assure students that you will not be placed in a course which is either too advanced or repetitious of previous work.

Remember to request your final transcript to be sent to Admission or the Registrar. You will not be eligible to register for courses until final transcripts are received by the college.

To speak with a faculty academic advisor about your choices for Fall courses, follow the call-in schedule below. However, you are not required to participate in advising call-in in order to register for classes—full details about that process will be sent via email (or see the link below).
