Apply Now to be a Career Ambassador or Peer Educator
We invite students to apply to our Career Ambassador and Peer Educator programs. The deadline to apply is May 1, 2017.
The Career Ambassador is a current student who will serve as a marketer and ambassador for the Center for Career & Professional Development. This person will be in charge of using social media and other resources to get the word out to fellow Centre students about our office’s services and events. The Peer Educator is part of a small group of students who will be trained to administer front-line career-related services to their peers (providing information on how to write a resume, how to research graduate schools, how to apply for internship funding, etc.) This unpaid position is 4 hours per week, but with potential to grow after the first year. Peer Educator Spring Drop-In Hours:
Mondays & Wednesdays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Fridays: 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Tuesdays: 7:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (1st and 3rd Tuesdays only, Crounse foyer)
