FITNESS & RECREATION
Recreation is an important aspect of the overall health of individuals. Developing good recreation habits contributes to the physical, social, and mental health of individuals as they go through adult life and this is an important time for students to start developing those habits.
We want students to experience a variety of activities so they feel comfortable and knowledgeable about them. Activities include organized Intramural competition, fitness classes, open gym and field’s space for impromptu student’s activity, and off campus options like golf, hiking, canoeing, and camping. An abundance of fitness space and equipment is available to fit the students schedule and work out needs.
