CONVO: How to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle While Making the Grade
CONVO: How to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle While Making the Grade
Young Hall – Auditorium (Room 113), Danville KY

Leigh Rockefeller, a registered dietitian at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Lexington and former Centre student, will give a presentation on how to maintain a balanced diet in a cafeteria-style dining hall, as well as how to fit in time for sleep and exercise in a college student’s busy schedule. Rockefeller will focus on being mindful of one’s health to foster the importance of health as a critical component of the development of a whole person. Students will learn new tips to create a foundation for a healthy lifestyle in college that can be carried on past graduation.

There are a variety of ways to get involved in the Centre and Danville community, from participating in campus events and service projects to joining Greek organizations or local religious groups.

Most Centre students find they become involved in a wide variety of campus and community organizations, including student clubs, local nonprofits and service organizations.
