Built in 1997. Named for Ewing T. Boles, Class of 1916, a native of Williamstown, Ky. Boles was president, CEO, and chair of the board of The Ohio Co., one of the nation's first capital investment firms. He also served as chair of the Centre board of trustees (1964-69).

The offices of finance and human resources are located in Boles.
