Residence Halls and Housing | Pearl Hall
Built in 2008, opened to students in August 2008. Pearl Hall, a 146-bed residence hall, made possible by a gift from Centre trustee Robert Brockman '63. Pearl Hall was named in memory of Brockman's mother and grandmother, both of whom were named Pearl.
Pearl Hall has been certified LEED GOLD for its environmentally friendly design and construction. This is Kentucky's first LEED GOLD award and the highest LEED rating for any residential facility in the state.
