Craik House
College president residence. Built ca 1850s, renovated in 1958. Named for Henry Nelson Craik, Class of 1890. Originally a private residence. Centre bought the house in 1937. Robert L. McLeod, Centre's 14th president, was the first president to occupy the home. The two-story Italianate mansion with a Greek Revival facade and portico provides a beautiful, spacious place for the president and his wife to entertain. It is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Overstreet House
Dean's residence. Built in 1972 (replacing an earlier house that burned). Named for James W. Overstreet, an electrical manufacturing company executive from Columbus, Ohio, whose gift made building the house possible.
