  Pearl Hall Construction Update
Construction continues on Pearl Hall, and the planning process for the science and math center and the campus center is moving forward. Following are details of recent progress and upcoming activities.

Pearl Hall
-All lower level support walls are completed with openings for doors and windows.
-Lower level concrete floors are poured.
-Support steel for lower level and first floor balcony is erected.
-Footer/walls for first floor rooms are being formed and poured; should be completed this week.
-Geothermal wells are drilled and grouted and connected to manifolds inside vaults. These will remain as is until the facility is enclosed and under roof, at which time the HVAC will connect to them.
-Back filling of dirt, insulating, and waterproofing to the east and south walls is taking place.
-Ground floor plumbing infrastructure is complete.
-Brick and mortar samples are being viewed for approval.
-Support columns and beams have been set for the north side balcony.
