Pearl Hall Construction Update
• Existing site utilities have been rerouted and excavation of the Pearl Hall site has started.

• Rough grading is taking place to achieve a relatively flat surface where the building will be located. Top soil and fill soil are being stored off campus for use when final completed grading is required at the end of construction. The construction trailer for the contract management company has been set and will be connected to power and phone service soon.

• The initial sub-contractor meeting has been scheduled (a meeting of all sub-contractors working on the job and the time when “construction ground rules” are laid out).
