The following items were completed or
in progress at the end of July:

• Goals have been met and Pearl Hall looks to be completed before early move-in date of August 14.
• By the time this update comes out, window blinds will have been installed; furniture will have arrived; and computer and TV connections will have been made; and all mechanical systems will have been tested and balanced.
• Remaining work includes some exterior painting, landscaping (scheduled for the fall due to dry weather of August and September) and some finish work on the interior.
