Online Registration

Registrants for literature spaces, as well as speaking slots, will be informed of their particular assignments closer to debate day.

Literature Spaces

Your organization or interest may also register for a space in Speakers Park to place a table to distribute literature and talk with visitors.  Spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. You may set up a table, but no tents or other coverings on poles or secured by stakes are permitted. Table banners identifying your organization or interest are encouraged, but signs on sticks or poles are not permitted. Electrical power is not available at these spaces.

Literature Distribution and Contact Information in Media Hall

Speakers Park registrants are invited to send copies of one piece of literature to be placed on distribution tables inside the Media Hall. We suggest 100 copies. Registrants are also invited to provide contact information for the group’s representative; that information will also be placed in the Media Hall. On your group’s letterhead, provide the name, position, cell number, and email address of the individual serving as your media contact. Copies of your literature and your media contact information need to be provided no later than Tuesday, October 9.
