Honors and Prizes Opportunities

The Honors and Prizes Committee selects students for campus-
wide prizes and works with students interested in major national
and international awards and fellowships. Centre students have
enjoyed remarkable success in recent years in winning national
undergraduate and graduate fellowships, including Goldwater,
Truman, Rotary, Rhodes, and others. Students have been
particularly successful with the Fulbright (which provides a
postgraduate year abroad), winning up to five a year. Members
of the committee work with students to improve their applications
and their interviewing skills. The College is currently working on a booklet that will outline the various possibilities for national and international awards. In the meantime, click below for more information about selected awards.
