Farm-to-Table Banquet celebrates sustainable, locally sourced foods
Centre College has always been serious in its many efforts to remain an environmentally friendly campus, as evidenced most recently by the work of the Centre Environmental Association (CEA), which will be offering its first fall semester Farm-to-Table Banquet on Wednesday, Oct. 26 at 5:30 p.m. The outdoor banquet, part of CEA’s October Sustainability Month, will be catered by Sodexo and feature a variety of sustainable, ethical and locally sourced foods.
The Farm-to-Table Banquet debuted at the College in spring 2015, and has since become a well-loved campus tradition. This year, for the first time ever during the fall semester, 50 students will be able to enjoy a sustainably sourced dinner on the patio of the campus center thanks to CEA and Sodexo.
