Financial Aid and Scholarships

Centre’s programs of need-based financial aid and merit scholarships are among the most generous of any top national college. More than 85 percent of this year’s freshman class is receiving financial aid or a scholarship. The average one-year aid package for first-year students receiving aid in 2011-12 was $27,500. For the class of 2015, financial aid awards ranged from $8,500 to $43,000. Competitive scholarships at Centre are available for 40 to 50 percent of each freshman class, valued from $20,000 to over $130,000 (full tuition) over four years.
