Josie McGoodwin Bailey

Josie was a member of the Class of 1901. A gift from her estate established the Dr. Steele Bailey, Jr. Scholarship in memory of her husband. The scholarship is awarded to a deserving student or students, preferably planning to enter the field of medicine, with merit and financial need as governing considerations. Josie passed away on June 21, 1989 at the age of 105.
