Robert L. Elliott

Bobby Elliott and the former Janie Higgins met as students at Centre and both graduated in 1971. Bobby majored in government at Centre and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 1974. He is a partner in a law firm in Lexington, Kentucky and has served as president of the Kentucky Bar Association. As an alumnus, Bobby has made campus presentations concerning the law, served on his reunion committee, volunteered as a class agent, participated in the alumni match program, and served on the alumni association board of directors. Bobby is currently a member of the Centre Board of Trustees.

Janie majored in psychology at Centre and is a farm manager in Versailles, Kentucky. She has also served on the alumni association board of directors, volunteered for her class reunion committee, and participated in the admission match program.

Bobby and Janie have two children: a son, Jamey, Centre Class of 1996, and a daughter, Lloyd.
