John B. Gay, Jr.

The Three Graces

John graduated from Centre in 1948 with a degree in economics and went on to own Mutual Benefit Life. He was honored by the Commonwealth of Kentucky with the recognition of Kentucky Colonel. His son, John B. Gay III, graduated from Centre in 1975, and his sister, Genevieve Gay Anderson, was a member of the Class of 1942. John passed away on April 12, 1999.
