Ode to spring term

So spring term started
Right after CentreTerm parted.
But the word “spring” really isn’t fair
Because I just can’t bear
The frigid cold that comes with the snow
That lets all of us know
Winter is still here.

But enough with the snow
Let me give you the down-low
On my new adventures
During “spring” semester.

Classes are very entertaining
As long as I don’t start procrastinating.
While in humanities we learn about art
In HHP we learn about the heart.
In Spanish we do service,
And math and chemistry make me a bit nervous.

But the most exciting part of this year is not a new crush
But instead, going through rush.
I recently joined a new sorority
Which gives me the authority
To say:
“I love Alpha Delta Pi all the way!”

Now that it has begun,
“Spring” term has been so much fun!
