A little weird at first

Life after freshman year was a little weird at first. Leaving school was awful. While I was oh-so-happy to be finished with exams, I was not happy at all to be leaving everybody. I had to pack all of my stuff into a tiny little car, and with no visibility through my back window, make my way home to South Carolina, where I ate a lot of sushi and hung out with all of my friends before leaving for Florida, where I'm working at the Public Defenders Office in Tampa as an attorney's assistant.

June and July are going to consist of working all week and laying out at the beach all weekend, so I'm pretty excited about that. Don't get me wrong, summer is amazing and totally necessary to my sanity, but I miss Centre! It's no fun not getting to see all of your friends walking around every day.

In August I'll be living in the Tri Delta house which is going to be sooo nice. There's a kitchen and big bathrooms! Yay! I'm looking forward to seeing everyone but I'm definitely taking advantage of this Florida weather and enjoying summer while it's here!

Thanks for reading my journal entries this year!
