More than meets the eye

Summer is here and off to a great start. I just released my debut solo album "Transformed" and the release concert went well. The Lord truly blessed the album and I pray that it'll reach a multitude of people. Also, I'll be working on some new productions for other artists this summer, including my rap partner JCS's album, Above and Beyond, on which I'll be executive producer.

I've also just started a Bible-in-a-Year plan which is going pretty well thus far. I've learned so much in only about a week and a half. I've also begun studying a book called Knowing God so I can help build my relationship with the Lord. Many ask, "How will this help you at Centre in the future?" There are actually many ways: 1) I'll have more confidence to spread the Word of God throughout the campus, 2) I'll have more scriptural content for my music which I can perform on campus, and 3) I can become more active in Centre Christian Fellowship (CCF) and other religious groups on campus.

Other than that, I will be working for the psychobiology department at Centre and putting in plenty of hours at Kroger. Hopefully, I'll be able to learn a lot on the job at Centre, and I can use the money from both jobs to pay for books and tuition. I may even save enough to get a car...but I won't get my hopes up.

This is my last entry, so I want to leave you with this: no matter what you do in life, if you seek the Lord, He will be found. I was just like every other sinner until God changed me; He can change you too. God Bless.
