Strugglin'!
Wow wow wee wow...my second term at Centre is definitely harder than my last term. I don't know if it's my study habits or the fact that I'm just plain lazy; I've honestly been slacking off. If professors say prepare for a quiz a week ahead, I'm staying up late to study the night before. Not to mention, once midterms came I was completely unprepared. I had to study my butt off just to catch up on work that should've been done weeks ago. HINT: NEVER DO THAT!
The second half of the term just started and my goal is NO PROCRASTINATION. I'm hoping to do work when it's given and give undivided attention in class.
Seriously, it was the worse feeling having to study for two midterms and a quiz that were all given on the Friday before Spring Break. I stayed in the library until 2 a.m. for two nights and until closing the rest of the week. Did I mention I got sick too? It was extremely rough, but now I'm learning from my mistakes. I think every student goes through this cycle of slacking, but now it's time to up my game and finally be the student I want to be. I hope I stick to my goal!
