Lexington, Kentucky’s LEX18 News will air the recent Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra concert, conducted by Gustavo Dudamel and held in Centre College’s Norton Center for the Arts, on Saturday, Oct. 9, from 7-9 p.m.

The concert, which took place at Centre on Monday, Sept. 27, was attended by a full house and was, as Norton Center Executive Director Steve Hoffman says, “another landmark Centre event.”

Thanks to the dedication showed by the Centre community, Hoffman adds, the concert was “pure magic, without any illusions. Our new Viennese friends left Kentucky with deep appreciation for the Norton Center, Centre College and our Commonwealth. It is fair to say that the lasting impressions were mutual.”
