bartCongratulations to Dana Bart, graphic designer for the College's Norton Center for the Arts, who was recently honored with eight ADDY® Awards from The Lexington Advertising Club—the professional organization of advertising agencies and graphic design firms for this region of the United States, which includes portions of Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. Winning Silver ADDY® awards were the 2009-10 donor report, “Setting the Standard,” in the “Arts, Annual Report” category; Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra campaign, “Sound of Music in the Bluegrass,” and “Lino Tagliapietra Glass exhibition,” both in the “Arts, Campaign” category. Winning Bronze ADDY® awards were The Norton Center for the Arts’ season calendar in the “Arts, Brochure” category; posters for “The Ugly One,” “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” and “Arcadia” DramaCentre productions in the “Arts, Poster” category; and the Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra campaign, “Sound of Music in the Bluegrass,” in the “Arts, Mixed Media Campaign” category.
