Chilly in Chile

Junior Adam Allen visited El Lago Ranco just north of La Region Los Lagos in Southern Chile during his stay in Santiago where he’s doing an internship with an International School called Latin Immersion.  He writes that on that particular day it was so cold that his camera would not work after he took the photo. He says in El Parque Nacional de Quiehue, winds were as low as -10 degrees.
