Internship's fringe benefits

As part of his internship with the Lexington Legends baseball team, senior Alan George helps out with game-day operations and special events.  “In June,” he writes, “we hosted the Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders, who had several on-field performances during the game and an autograph session. It was my painful duty to escort the ladies to and from the airport/hotel/stadium, make sure they were on the field in time for their performances, personally escort them around the stadium between performances, and keep the hundreds of drooling men at the game a safe distance away from the ladies.”
