A piece of history

This photo was taken during a trip to the Normandy D-Day beaches in France. From left to right, Sarah Marrin, Allaire Ryan, Mollie Ronald and Tori Brazier are standing in a crater created by a bomb dropped by Allied forces on German forces at Pointe du Hoc. This site has remained untouched since D-Day, June 6, 1944. All students are studying in the Centre-in-Strasbourg program and will be seniors next fall.
