Love and basketball at Centre College

"Love and Basketball" isn't just a 2000 movie about two people finding long-lasting love through the game of basketball. It replayed live at Centre on Saturday, Nov. 22, during halftime of Centre's home game against Transylvania as Centre graduate and long-time voice of Centre athletics J.J. McConaha '08 proposed to his girlfriend, Centre graduate Maggie Blackburn '08. McConaha popped the question in front of hundreds packed into Alumni Gymnasium. And yes…Blackburn said yes.
