You scream, ice scream...

Last month Emily Green '10 (left) and Sarah Steele '10 attended the Southeastern Regional Meeting of the American Chemical Society (SERMACS) in Nashville. Centre College won 1st place in the liquid nitrogen ice cream making contest. The winning flavor, which the women are working on here, was chocolate covered strawberry.
