Touchdown!

As is tradition, a cannon was fired after a Centre touchdown at the Centre-Maryville football game. The game, held on Sept. 12, was the first home game of the season, as well as the first to be played on Farris Stadium's new artificial field turf. That night, the Colonels defeated Maryville 24-17. With their recent 20-0 win over Sewanee, Centre's record goes to 5-0. The Colonels will face Birmingham Southern College this Saturday, Oct. 10.
