Darwin goes to…Myrtle Beach?

While on vacation in Myrtle Beach, Elizabeth Donelan '13 sculpted Old Centre in the sand and relaxed to read The Reluctant Mr. Darwin, the book chosen for first-year students to read over the summer. A long-standing tradition at Centre, every incoming first-year student reads a book chosen by a faculty committee. Soon after arriving on campus, students meet with their advisor and fellow advisees to discuss the book.
