Centre on the Kentucky
- Mary-Taylor Kersey ’13, Carmack Kersey ’86 and Mack Kersey ’12 recently went canoeing on the Kentucky River. During their adventure, they veered off to hike on Lower Howard’s Creek, just outside of Clark County. The first inhabitants of Clark County settled on Lower Howard's Creek in 1775. This is a historic site because many pioneers traveled through the area, especially in the vicinity of Boonesborough, in the 1700s.
