On the Edge

Rollie Graham '14 is feeling adventurous in China. The sophomore, who is currently studying abroad in Shanghai, recently took a week-long trip to the Northwest Yunnan Province of China. "We did a pretty cool day hike on one of the deepest gorges in the world, called the Tiger Leaping Gorge. It's infamous for its dangerous cliff faces," Graham says. "Near the summit of the highest mountain we climbed, I managed to find a lone rock overhanging the cliff face. As much as I did not want to, I thought it would make a great photo op, so I braved myself to sit on it."
