Visit Centre

The campus visit may well be the most important part of your decision process. A visit usually includes a tour of campus and a meeting with an admission counselor. (It's definitely not a formal interview, so relax!). We hope you'll consider this to be your invitation, and after you've looked over the following information, that you'll call 1-800-423-6236 or schedule your visit online. For more information, please e-mail us at admission@centre.edu.

Visits should be scheduled more than one week in advance.

How to Plan Your Visit

It's really easy to schedule your visit. Just call our toll-free number (or write) to let us know when you want to come, and we'll do the rest. Here are a few things to keep in mind when you're making your plans:

  • Plan ahead a little bit. One week’s notice will give us time to arrange the details of your visit. If your trip is last-minute, we can usually welcome latecomers for a campus tour only at 3 p.m. each afternoon. Call us at 1-800-423-6236 for this option.
  • Count on being here at least a half day—it's best to arrive in the early morning or early afternoon.
  • Dress comfortably—your interviews will be informal, so you can wear what you normally wear to school.
  • You can visit with your parents or alone, but we do, of course, encourage parents to come for the visit.
