John Kinkade is visiting assistant professor of English. Prior to joining Centre’s faculty in 2006, he taught at the Texas Military Institute, the University of Texas at Austin, and in the Naples, Fla., community schools.

He graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Centre College with degrees in English and government, and earned a master's and Ph.D. in English literature at the University of Texas at Austin.
