Lee Patterson is visiting assistant professor of classics. Prior to joining Centre’s faculty in 2006, he taught at the College of Charleston. His scholarly interests include Greek history, Roman history, and classical mythology. Patterson graduated summa cum laude with a degree in English from Fairleigh Dickinson University, received master’s degrees from both Arkansas State University and the University of Mississippi, and a Ph.D. in classical studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
