Barbara Grace Romine is an Associate Professor of Education. She holds a B.A. degree from West Virginia Wesleyan and an M.A. and Ph.D. from Ohio University.

Dr. Romine has published articles in such journals as The Reading Teacher and The Journal of Adolescent and Adult Literacy and has published chapters in such books as Evaluating Major Components of Two-Year Colleges and New Directions of Community Colleges.

Romine has taught at the elementary and high school levels as well as at Georgia Southern University, The University of Charleston, and Shawnee State University.
