Career and Placement Services

Career Services at Centre starts working with students from their very first days on campus. In addition to counseling students through the process of choosing their major(s) or minor, Centre's career counselors help students land internships (guaranteed under the terms of the Centre Commitment), network with businesses and organizations, and create polished and effective resumes. They also work with students on graduate and professional school entrance exams and other planning for advanced education. And they offer several different self-assessment tests that help students identify strengths, transferable skills, and possible career directions.

Students are assigned to a specific career counselor for personalized attention throughout their time at Centre, and they meet with their career counselor at least once a term.

After students graduate, Centre offers a lifetime guarantee: The Career Services office is available to help Centre graduates whenever they need assistance in reaching their professional goals.
