Centre's programs of need-based financial aid and merit scholarships are among the most generous of any top national college. More than 85 percent of this year's freshman class is receiving financial aid or scholarship. The average one-year aid package for first-year students receiving aid in 2009-10 was $25,250. For the class of 2013, financial aid awards ranged from $7,350 to $38,900.
Competitive scholarships at Centre are available for 40 to 50 percent of each freshman class, valued from $38,000 to over $120,000 (full tuition) over four years.
