Attending a great Bela Fleck show on Sunday night, not to mention hanging out with the band afterwards, did not hurt our impression of the city either. Maybe it wasn’t Nappy Roots live from the cosmopolitan city of Morehead, KY, but these Centre concertgoers feel we had the best music experience of the semester. Kentucky bluegrass jams in Russia? (Okay, kind of close to Russia.) That’s tough to beat, even with a hammer and sickle.
