After navigating the maze of one-way streets, I have a newfound appreciation for the bus drivers. Congrats to Jason who did an excellent job following my badly given directions and coping with the different driving patterns here.

I had a lot of fun introducing Jason to my host family and showing him the little things I encounter on a daily basis. I showed him the path I take to school every day, the little lizard that lives on my wall and eats bugs, the bird whose call sounds like an alarm clock, the donkey cart that sells dirt. More than anything I enjoyed introducing him to my city. This truly has become my home, even though I’ve only been here six weeks.
