Seville – Tangier, Morocco



We spent most of the day today in transit from Seville to Tangier, Morocco. We passed a few hours in the bus weaving through clouds on the mountaintops around sharp curves. We stopped for lunch at a restaurant filled with various stuffed animals for sale and excellent tortilla (a mix





 







 


 



of egg, cheese, onion, potatoes, and sometimes other vegetables). On the ferry ride back across, the Mediterranean was brilliantly blue with the afternoon sun. It was also, unfortunately, much colder than it had been previously because of a stronger wind from the east.

We finally arrived at the hotel in Tangier after a short driving tour of the major monuments. After dinner and a couple of card games, we fell asleep quite easily after so much travel.
