that have fallen over but are still in
one piece have just been piled on top of one another close to the
area where that person is buried. One of the odd things I noticed
is the way family monuments are
decorated. Usually you see gravestones decorated with angels and
crosses and other religious symbols.
There were some, though, that had skeletons and gruesome faces carved
into them. It was just something that I didn’t expect since
you usually don’t see that in the U.S.
While I do enjoy Reading, I was honestly quite sad when we boarded
the bus back to England. I am now thinking about

into graduate programs at the University of Edinburgh.
