| October 30, 2007 Lesson Eight: Turkey is typical with a twist Sometimes I wonder why I'm spending a semester abroad when so many aspects of my life are similar to life at Centre, and then I remember that I am in TURKEY! Sure, being a student here is a lot like being a student on an American campus, but there are so many cross-cultural opportunities that are simply not available in the States.
