Centre places 52 on SCAC Academic Honor Roll
SUWANEE, Ga. - The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) announced its Student-Athlete Academic Honor Roll today for the 2007 fall term and a record 715 student-athletes made the list. Since its inception in 1997, over 12,000 male and female student-athletes have been recognized for their contributions in the classroom. More
Cross country earns All-Academic team honors for the 2007 season.
To qualify a team must average a cumulative 3.10 gpa through the fall semester. The Centre College women easily earned the distinction by combining for a team cumulative 3.35 gpa. Individually, sophomore Lauren McCafferty received All-Academic Individual Honors for the 2007 cross country season. McCafferty finished 46 in the region out of 186 women and has a 3.61 cumulative gpa. To qualify an individual must have a minimum cumulative gpa of 3.5 and finish in the top 25% of their regional meet.
Cross country teams end season at NCAA Regionals
The Centre College men's and women's cross country teams ended their 2007 season at the 2007 NCAA Division III Cross Country South/Southeast Regional Championships with the men's team placing seventh and the women's team 12th, Saturday, Nov. 10 in Newport News, Va. More

Cross country teams compete in Louisville Classic
Competing as the only non-scholarship school in both races, the Centre College men's cross country team placed 29th while the women's team was 28th at the Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic at E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park in Louisville, Ky. More
