“It was a very exciting match to begin the season," Centre head coach Tom Hobbs said.
"I was extremely pleased with adjustments we were able to make throughout the match and our desire to compete for the duration. This is going to be a fun group to coach if everyone continues to contribute the way they did tonight,” Hobbs finished.
The Colonels next match will take place at home Saturday, Sept. 5 against Lindenwood University. Start time is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. in Danville, Ky.
