will offer an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community friends to pursue their individual fitness goals through
a membership in The Fitness Club.

The Fitness Club Membership

Three types of memberships are available:

• Individual
• Individual plus one
• Family

Seniors (65 and older) receive a discount. Centre will offer a limited number of memberships on a first-come basis.

	*Guests must complet the PARQ and waiver.

	Alumni/Associate Membership Graduates of Centre College or donors at the Associate level receive special rates. A club member will have access to Sutcliffe Hall and the Boles Natatorium. Children must be 16 years old to be members. Younger children must be under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times and are not permitted in the fitness center. Child care is not available. Membership Renewal Members must fill out and return renewal forms by the 15th of the month prior to membership expiration date. There will be no charge for renewals. Re-enrollment Although there is no enrollment fee, we will charge a $100 re-enrollment fee to members who cancel their membership and re-enroll at another time. Payment Methods Credit card payments may be made monthly or annually. Payments made monthly by credit card constitute monthly memberships. Checks will be accepted for annual memberships only.
