Sneed chosen as SCAC Defender-of-the-Week
Following a season ending 20-7 victory on the road against Colorado College junior linebacker Brian Sneed (Hendersonville, Tenn.) has been named Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC) Defender-of-the-Week for games played on Saturday, November 15.
Against Colorado College Sneed recorded 5 solo tackles and assisted on 5 tackles. Sneed also recovered 2 fumbles on the day. For the season Sneed finished 97 total tackles (53 solo), 3 sacks, 1 interception, 3 fumble recoveries and 1 forced fumble. With his season ending total of 97 tackles Sneed ranked third in total tackles among all other defenders in the SCAC. Sneed was the fourth Colonel to be named SCAC Defender-of-the-Week.
