"This 1st Annual 'Herb and Harry' was a wonderful event, celebrating two outstanding contributors to their respective schools. The impact that Herb McGuire and Harry Stephenson have had on Centre College and Transylvania University is immeasurable and for us to be able to celebrate them in this small way is an honor for all involved. They each have touched a great many that have come into contact with them and this is our way of saying thanks," Centre assistant coach Tom Campbell said.
"It was a fun event and we really enjoyed spending the day with Coach Brian Lane and his team and congratulate them on their victory. We also look forward to the 2nd Annual 'Herb and Harry', where we will be looking to bring the Cup back to Danville," Campbell finished.
