Women's golf finish at 49 in the nation
The Centre College Women's Golf Team finished their year ranked 49 in the NCAA Division III and 15 in the Great Lakes Region. This is the first time a Centre College team has been ranked at the end of the season.
The team was led by Freshman Katie McKenna with an average for the year at 88.12 followed by Junior Captain Melanie Goff (92), Freshman Marissa Cianchetti (93.06), Sophomores Lindsay Maurer (97.18) and Andrea Bishop (97.27).
The Colonels do not graduate anyone from this years team and will look to improve over the summer to move up in the Division III rankings. |
